Archiwia is the studio of Sylwia, a photographer based in Tulum, Mexico. The work centres on interiors and property — villas, boutique hotels, and private homes — alongside a smaller body of portrait sittings.
Every shoot starts with time in the space before a single frame is made: watching how the light moves through it, what the materials do at different hours, where a room feels most itself. The photographs are made in natural light wherever possible, and finished with a light hand — true to colour, true to the place.
Owners, architects, designers, and hosts commission the work for listings, editorial features, and their own archives. Portrait sittings are unhurried and usually happen early or late in the day, when the Tulum light is at its kindest.
